unbeleavable sound ,could not ask for more.onkyo is a great system,as for the sub its a coffee table(big sound lows)
for under 20 bucks to plug into back which i would highly recommend, much easier to plug into the back of the receiver. i would recommend this set for the price if your not willing to fork out alot of money. Also i went out and bought speaker wire as the ones that came with it weren't long enough for my room. If you want higher quality your going to pay more for it. Overall Im happy with this set for the price. I bought these last month to play with pioneer vsx 1019. I feel the music sounds good, im sure other speakers probably can sound better but your paying 300 for 7.1 system, so for the price I think it sounds great. i also bought banana plugs on [.].
The only thing I would change about them is to put better mounting hardware on the 4 surround speakers. I'm no speaker expert but they sound great to me. They only have a little eye for hanging on a nail or screw.
we knew we orderd ,speakers that were returned,but,3 of the speakers had broken pices when i tested them they all work fine,amazon said they would give us 48.00 back, but i feel if they had to sell them again they would only get 100.00 for them due to the condition. we recived the boxes ,i think a 2 year old could have done a better job. but the speakers work ok thank you.tim
This speaker system is one of the best I have heard.I spent a day with my receiver doing auto settings, but when I tweaked everything to my liking,.well just wow.they may be small, but don't be fooled by their size, this system rocks like you wouldn't believe.if you are even considering buying these speakers for the price.DO IT.
